Founded in 2012, Terrarossa Project is a dynamic architectural practice led by Architect Rosario Russo, whose career spans more than 20 years of experience in residential design and construction. Combining creative vision with technical expertise, we are dedicated to delivering thoughtfully designed spaces that enhance the way people live.
Specialising in the residential sector, we have successfully completed over 400 projects, ranging from home extensions and refurbishments to the complete transformation of existing luxury properties. Our portfolio encompasses a diverse range of architectural styles, from the sensitive restoration of traditional and listed buildings to the creation of striking contemporary homes tailored to modern lifestyles.
With offices in Caterham, Surrey, and a presence on King’s Road, Chelsea, Terrarossa Project provides architectural services across London and the surrounding counties. CONCEIVING YOUR DREAM
At Terrarossa Project, we help our Clients develop their briefs to maximise the potential of their projects. We have experience in an extensive range of projects, such as:

Conversion of single dwellings into self-contained flats (and vice versa);

DEVELOPING YOUR DREAM
At Terrarossa Project, we tailor our services according to our clients' needs, requirements and budgets.
We like to work closely with the Clients, listen to their aspirations, discuss ideas, and develop designs, which we present via sketches and/or 3D visualisations.
From the initial design, we will develop a strategy for negotiating the proposal with the Local Authority to secure Planning consent. The services we can provide, on the initial stage, are as follows:

Development of Clients' briefs and outline proposals;

Sketch designs and 3D visualisations;

Planning submissions (pre-application enquiry, also, if required).
SELECTED PROJECTS
Once planning approval is obtained, we can help the Client select a Contractor and guide them through the construction process.
The services we can provide are as follows:

Design development and preparation of construction drawings

Preparation of Specification documents;

Introduction of trusted Contractors;

Preparation of Tenders, submission and negotiation;

Selection of a Contractor and signing of contractual documents;

Administration of the Building Contract during Construction;

Preparation of payment certificates, Completion and Handover;

Monitoring and signing off on the Defect Liability Period.
We also partner with most specialist consultants who may be required pre- and post-planning.
